Our services include local, long-distance, residential, and commercial moving, as well as packing, unpacking, labor assistance, and other related services.
You must be at least 18 years old to book a move.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote or booking services.
You are responsible for ensuring access to loading and unloading locations and for complying with local building requirements (e.g., elevator reservations).
All quotes provided by Top Miami Movers are non-binding estimates based on the information provided at the time of request.
Final charges may vary based on actual time, labor, distance, materials, or unforeseen circumstances.
If the scope of the move changes (e.g., additional items, floors, delays), we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly.
All charges must be paid in full upon completion of the move, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled move to avoid a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is allowed based on availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to the minimum move charge or deposit.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
All payments are due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
Late payments may result in additional charges.
Any chargebacks or payment disputes must be resolved directly with our office.
We take great care in handling your belongings. However, in the event of damage or loss, our liability is limited.
For local moves, we provide basic valuation coverage as required by Florida state law (typically $0.60 per pound per item).
Additional coverage or third-party insurance is available at the customer’s request and expense.
Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the move.
We are not responsible for:
Items packed by the customer
Delicate or valuable items not disclosed before the move
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions
For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport the following:
Hazardous materials (e.g., gasoline, paint, explosives)
Perishable food or plants
Firearms, ammunition, or illegal substances
Valuable items such as jewelry, cash, or documents (we recommend transporting these personally)
You agree to provide safe and legal access to both the origin and destination addresses.
Elevators, hallways, and driveways must be clear and available for use.
If access is restricted, additional fees may apply for long carries, stair carries, or shuttle services.
You agree to ensure that children and pets are kept away from moving equipment and vehicles for safety reasons.
All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Top Miami Movers and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial use only.
Any misuse, including spam or unauthorized access, will result in termination of access and possible legal action.
